J. Carlson Services has been acquired by Triage Partners

Based in Shevlen, Minnesota, J. Carlson Services is a regional leader and a turnkey solutions provider of wired telecommunications infrastructure construction services to independent phone companies and competitive local exchange carriers across the Midwest.

The Company provides outside plant construction services, splicing, and house wiring and activation services in rural markets throughout Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, and Illinois.

J. Carlson Services has successfully delivered on more than 15 state-funded rural fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects and is well positioned for continued growth from both state-funded projects and the federally funded Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program projects.

J. Carlson Services partnership with Triage Partners will enable the founder’s retirement and provide the Company with additional resources, training, safety programs, and operational support to facilitate growth and strengthen its service offering.
